Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) A750F Display / Battery Cover Replacement

Before You Begin

This repair guide will show you how to use your newly purchased iTG® original display repair set to repair your Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) SM-A750F smartphone. If you have not yet purchased the repair set, you can do so by visiting one of our Amazon webshops from the “Our Products” section of the menu bar above.

This guide is suitable for when your display is cracked, damaged, no longer responds to touch correctly or stays black when you try to power on your phone. It shows you how to disassemble your phone completely to replace the display unit. It also includes steps for removing and replacing the rear battery cover.

Before starting the repair, make sure you have read our disclaimer here. Also please make sure all the parts of the supplied repair set are included. If you find that there is something missing or damaged, please contact us before proceeding.

The Repair Process

Before starting with the repair, we recommend first watching the repair video completely from start to finish. This will give you an overview of the different steps involved. You can then start the video again from the beginning and follow along with the process.

PLEASE NOTE: When you reach the step which requires you to install your new display, please first make a test connection and power on your phone to make sure the display is functioning correctly BEFORE removing any of the protective plastic or installing the supplied pre-cut adhesive tape. While it is very unlikely, in the event that the display unit is faulty, we can only accept returns if we receive the parts back in an unused condition.
